1. ACCEPTANCE

   These conditions become effective when a user accesses the site and constitute a binding agreement between the Chief Registrar of Deeds and a user of the portal (subscriber), which will always prevail.

   Acceptance of these terms and conditions by the user constitutes permission to the Deeds Registration Entity to process such user’s personal information for the purpose it is provided.

2. ONLINE SERVICES

   Our online products and service are subject to registration procedures.

   The Fidelity fund certificate expiry date must also be provided (if applicable) when you register on the eDRS portal.

3. PROVISION OF SERVICES

   All user personal information required on this site is only intended to provide you with general information about us, our products, services and objectives.

4. PAYMENT
   1. All payments will be made online through various payment methods available before the retrieval of the information or document requested is allowed.
   2. A digital invoice will be generated and provided prior to payment, so that a user can have a clear view of the fees of the services stipulated in the schedule of fees and as published in the Government Gazette from time to time and also available on this website.
