These terms and conditions are subject to revision at the discretion of the Deeds Registration Entity, without prior consultation with users of the system.
These conditions become effective when a user accesses the site and constitute a binding agreement between the Chief Registrar of Deeds and a user of the portal (subscriber), which will always prevail.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions by the user constitutes permission to the Deeds Registration Entity to process such user’s personal information for the purpose it is provided.
Our online products and service are subject to registration procedures.
The Fidelity fund certificate expiry date must also be provided (if applicable) when you register on the eDRS portal.
